Attitude of life

There are two ways to look at every situation in life:

Is the cup half empty Or is the cup half half full?

It is amazing how our perception can be changed by our attitude. For example, think about God and then look at these letters.

N-O-W-H-E-R-E

You can assume that God is NO WHERE.

or you can believe that God is NOW HERE!

Let's analyse this again,

When you see the cup as half empty, you are a pessimist. You feel unhappy about the situation and that people are against you. You would probably give up trying and end up feeling angry and sorry for yourself.

When you see the cup as half full, you are a optimist. You are happy with the situation and what you have. You will continue to work towards filling up the cup and you know you will. You are happy with your surroundings and the people around you.

When you have a positive attitude to life, you will get a chain reaction of positive events;

  • You will find that no problem is too big that you cannot overcome it.
  • You will not let anything pull you down and you will always bounce back.
  • You see an opportunity in every situation.
  • You feel loved
  • You will achieve you goals as you are motivated
  • You will become successful in whatever you do.

So the next time you're looking at a situation in your life

Is the cup half empty?

Or

Is the cup half full?

Practise the habit of optimism, see the cup as being half full. Optimism inspire and empowers people to take control of difficult situations and problems. Your responses are a reflection of your feelings and emotions

Quote of the week :

Difficult times have helped me to understand better than before how infinitely rich and beautiful life is in every way and that so many things that one goes worrying about are of no importance whatsoever. - Isak Dinesen (1885-1962) Writer
